  2. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Ensure that all previous shipping labels are removed or covered.
  3. Include the RA number in the return package. Items returned without an RA number may not be processed.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days to process your request. Once processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. In the case of an exchange, the replacement item will be dispatched as soon as the return is processed.
